1. Ticketing Policy

Refunds and Cancellations
  • Standard Refund: Cancellations made more than 72 hours before the event start time are eligible for a 95% refund. The remaining 5% is retained to cover payment processing and funds transfer fees.
  • Late Cancellation Penalty: Cancellations made within 72 hours of the event start time are subject to a 25% penalty fee. The remaining 75% will be refunded.
  • Event Cancellation: If an event is cancelled by the organizers, a full refund will be issued to the original payment method with a 1-3% transfer fee if applicable
Transferability & Ticket Usage
  • Tickets are non-transferrable by default unless a transfer is processed through our system.
  • Transfer Window: Transfers can ONLY be requested up to 72 hours prior to the event start time. Within 72 hours of the event, no changes or transfers are permitted, and the original ticket holder must be present or arrange for the ticket to be used as is.
  • Process: To transfer a ticket, please log in to your customer profile (or contact support if this feature is unavailable). You may update the attendee name and phone number. Upon successful change, a new download link will be emailed to you to share with the new attendee.
  • Child Tickets: Child tickets are strictly for children up to age 13. Child tickets cannot be transferred to adults. Verification of age may be required at the venue.
  • Age Restrictions: Alcohol purchase and consumption are strictly limited to individuals aged 18 and over. Valid ID may be required.

2. Merchandise & Vouchers Return Policy

We want you to be satisfied with your purchase. Our return policy for physical items and vouchers is as follows:

  • 0-30 Days: Items or vouchers returned within 30 days of purchase in their original packaging and condition are eligible for a full refund.
  • 31-120 Days: Returns made between 31 and 120 days from the date of purchase are subject to a 20% handling fee.
  • After 120 Days: No refunds or returns will be accepted after 120 days from the date of purchase.
  • Clothing & Wearables: For hygiene reasons, clothing items and wearables are non-returnable if the package has been unsealed or opened. Returns are only accepted if the item is in its original, sealed packaging.

3. Memberships

  • Membership benefits are valid for the duration specified at the time of purchase.
  • Memberships are non-transferrable unless explicitly stated otherwise in the plan details.
  • We reserve the right to revoke membership privileges for violation of these terms or community guidelines.

4. Site Use & Account Security

  • You agree to use this site for lawful purposes only.
  • You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.
  • Any suspicious activity on your account should be reported to us immediately.

5. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Eyecuemedia shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services, attendance at events, or purchase of products.

6. Governing Law

These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Tanzania. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Tanzania.
